Buena Park Community Garden Lists $50–$80 Annual Plots for October 2026–September 2027

BUENA PARK — November 3, 2026. Buena Park’s community garden registration information lists 2026–27 plot sizes and annual fees at a garden site on Thelma Avenue, west of Knott Avenue.

What a plot costs

The city lists a 15-by-20-foot space for $50, a 20-by-20-foot plot for $65, and a 30-by-20-foot plot for $80. Gardeners use the site from 7 a.m. to sundown under local rules.

When new gardeners can apply

After September renewals for existing gardeners, the city says new applications opened October 5 and continue until plots are filled. Commercial growing is prohibited.

An accessible option for older adults

At Ehlers Event Center, the city also offers eight raised 4-by-8-foot senior garden plots for $50 annually. Call the Senior Activity Center at 714-236-3870 to check vacancies.
